WRIST & HAND DYSFUNCTION

The wrist and hand are the region of the body that gets injured the least.  Really, the two main causes of problems in the wrist and hand are either BLUNT TRAUMA or REPETITIVE STRAIN of the forearm muscles going into the hand.  Blunt traumas are harder to treat, and treatment is really dependent on the nature of the injury.  For those injuries, it is better to seek professional care and get it dealt with that way.  For repetitive strain injuries, there are some stretches that can help.  They are below…
